I will explain it with a trade which I took profits yesterday.

yesterday I took a profit from LINK/USDT short trade.

market reverse just after I take the profits.

so why is that?

this is the chart I used to enter and exit that trade.

this is LINK/USDT recent daily chart.

I entered the short trade at orange arrow. on 20/05/2024 at 17.00

I exited that trade at yellow arrow. on 24/05/2024 at 15.50

and after I took profits market reverse exactly I predicted.

so why?

first there was a minor support at 15.50 area , as you can see few candle wigs hit on that area. ( orange arrow )

second , I noticed crypto whales are selling on that level ( I have few softwares to track crypto whales wallets. )

so I took immediate action and close that trade at 15.50. with a profit.

and on top of those , I had a gut feeling that market could reverse.

I have seen these chart for years and I have closed all of my trades in profits in last few years so I should trust my gut feeling.
